Highland Residential continues to expand its team
Sustaining local communities is at the heart of everything we do and having a team of talented people, who bring professionalism and integrity to our business services, is paramount.
The Highland Residential brand was developed in 2016, operating as part of Albyn Enterprises Ltd. Highland Residential and the services provided as part of it showed quick success, so much so that in 2017 we established and transferred business activities to Highland Residential (Inverness) Ltd, to operate as a separate business. Our award wining Mid-Market rent scheme, Estate Agency and Factoring services have been rapidly growing and as a result we have happily expanded our team.
So far in 2018 we have recruited the new roles of; Marketing and Communications Coordinator, Sales Assistant and in response to our rapidly expanding mid-market and private rent portfolio we are currently recruiting a second Property Management Assistant.
I am delighted that we have also appointed our first Modern Apprentice with the employment of our Factoring Admin Assistant. This is a modern apprenticeship providing much needed business administration support to the factoring team. The apprenticeship allows “on the job” skills, training and experience. Formal training is being delivered by the Virtual Learning Academy, providing a Level 3 SVQ in Business Administration upon successful completion of the modern apprenticeship programme.
